(Baonghean.vn) - At 5:30 a.m. on August 28, at Km418-QL1A, Traffic Police 5-1 inspected a tractor trailer with license plate number 51C-06910 pulling trailer 51R-01172 driven by Nguyen Minh Tu (born in 1983, residing in Bo Trach, Quang Binh) transporting 31,600 pairs of foreign-made plastic shoes without valid documents, the value of the shipment is about 237,700,000 VND.

The working group has drawn up a record and transferred it to Market Management Team No. 1 for handling.
