(Baonghean.vn) - At 1:00 AM on August 20th, thieves broke into the mobile phone kiosk of Mr. Nguyen Ba Hoi (born 1958, residing in Hamlet 6, Quynh Van Commune, Quynh Luu District) and stole 40 phones, worth approximately 45 million VND.

The Quỳnh Lưu District Police are continuing their investigation to track down the perpetrator.
