Provincial Police leaders commend units for quickly solving murder case in Quynh Luu

(Baonghean.vn) -Immediately after hearing the news that units of Nghe An Police in coordination with the Department of Technical Affairs, Ministry of Public Security had captured the subject who killed a taxi driver in Quynh Tam commune, Quynh Luu, on the afternoon of August 13, 2012, leaders of Nghe An Provincial Police came to present flowers and gifts to the units participating in the investigation.

As reported, at around 7pm on August 6, 2012, in Hamlet 1, Quynh Tam Commune, Quynh Luu District, Nguyen Van Lang (born in 1973, residing in Quynh Chau Commune, driving a 4-seat car with license plate 37A-024.00) was murdered in the car. The Criminal Police Department deployed forces to coordinate with the Department of Technical Affairs - Ministry of Public Security, Quynh Luu District Police, Criminal Technical Department, Technical Department 2 of Nghe An Police to conduct the investigation. After 4 days of active and urgent work, at 7pm on August 9, 2012, the investigation units identified the perpetrator. The task force mobilized more than 100 officers, soldiers, and militia to blockade, search and arrest. At 7:00 a.m. on August 10, 2012, Phan Van Quang (born in 1996, residing in Hamlet 9, Quynh Chau Commune, Quynh Luu District) was arrested.

Provincial Police leaders presented flowers and gifts to representatives of units directly investigating the case.

On the afternoon of August 13, 2012, at the Criminal Police Department, representatives of Nghe An Provincial Police commended, presented flowers and gifts to the units that directly solved the case successfully.
