The drill was based on a hypothetical situation: when a fire was discovered on the 5th floor of the apartment building, the apartment fire fighting forceCT, A - Vinaconex 9 JSCQuickly report to the Management Board and deploy on-site fire fighting, and call the Provincial Police Fire Prevention and Fighting Force and related units. The police force was mobilized to ensure security and order, and to direct traffic on the roads in front of the apartment building. Rescue vehicles also deployed rescue work, searching for people trapped on the floors to use the elevator to escape from the dangerous area.
