Two individuals arrested for illegal detention.

(Baonghean.vn) - At 7:00 AM on August 25th, Pham Trung Hieu (born in 1982) and Tran Duc Dung (born in 1982, both temporarily residing in Block 6, Doi Cung Ward, Vinh City) abducted Ms. Le Thi Trang (born in 1988, residing in Block 19, Hung Binh Ward, Vinh City) and held her captive at house number 27, Cong Chot Alley (Block 6, Doi Cung Ward) on the grounds that her husband, Mr. Vu Quang Hoai (born in 1987), owed them 650 million VND and had not repaid the debt.

After receiving the report, Vinh City Police investigated and apprehended two suspects, Pham Trung Hieu and Tran Duc Dung, for further investigation and prosecution.
