(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of October 15, at Hamlet 1, Nghia Hanh Commune (Tan Ky District, Nghe An), Regiment 1 (Division 324, Military Region 4) coordinated with the Party Committee and People's Committee of Nghia Hanh Commune to organize the handover of the "Comrades' House" to Professional Lieutenant Vo Van Lan, Weapons staff, Technical Department, Regiment 1 (Division 324).

Comrade Lan has served in the Army for nearly 20 years. His family's circumstances are very difficult. His parents died early, his wife is unemployed, and he has had to live with his wife's parents for many years. The "Comrades' House" handed over to Comrade Vo Van Lan has a total usable area of ​​84 square meters, worth nearly 170 million VND. Of which, Military Region 4 supported 60 million VND from the "Comrades' Fund", the remaining amount was supported by the efforts of Comrade Lan's family and relatives, neighbors, and local authorities. During the construction process, officers and soldiers of Regiment 1 helped Comrade Lan's family with 360 working days.

After more than 2 months of urgent construction, the "Comrades' House" was handed over on schedule, ensuring quality and conforming to the construction design.
