Two suspects arrested for phone theft.

(Baonghean.vn) -At 9 PM on August 7th, Nguyen Ngoc Quan (born 1994, residing in Block 7, Tan Ky town) was riding his motorbike on the Ho Chi Minh Trail (km+0) while talking on the phone when two young men on a motorbike (license plate unknown) approached him from the same direction and snatched the phone he was using.

Upon receiving the report, the Tan Ky District Police quickly investigated and clarified the robbery case, arresting two suspects, Pham Van Dung (born in 1996) and Bui Ngoc Thinh (born in 1996, both residing in Hamlet 10, Thinh Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh District). They recovered one mobile phone and one motorbike.
