Film week commemorating the 67th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.

A film week commemorating the 67th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd will be held nationwide from August 28th to September 5th, 2012.

The film "The Letter Road" was screened during the Film Week.

The films selected for screening during the Film Week include: the feature film "The Letter Road" produced by Vietnam Feature Film Company Limited (DVD version) and the documentary film "Memories of Truong Son" produced by the Central Documentary and Scientific Film Company Limited (DVD version).

The Ministry of Culture, Sports and Tourism announced that it has assigned the Cinema Department the responsibility of printing, distributing, and sending the feature film "The Letter Road" (400 discs) and the documentary "Memories of Truong Son" (400 discs) to mobile film screening teams of the Cinema Company and Film Distribution and Screening Centers in provinces and centrally-administered cities.

In addition, the Ministry has also assigned FAFIM Vietnam Co., Ltd. to continue releasing films with appropriate content during the 67th anniversary of the August Revolution and National Day on September 2nd.
