The subjects include: Tran Sy Hoa (born in 1978), Nguyen Duyen Hong (born in 1969), residing in Le Loi ward; Tran Tien Sy (born in 1976), residing in Hung Binh ward; Phan Van Quang (born in 1965), residing in Dien Thai commune, Dien Chau district, and Tran Ngoc Lam (born in 1960), residing in Con Cuong town, Con Cuong district. Of these, 3 subjects Tran Sy Hoa, Tran Ngoc Lam, and Tran Tien Sy have previous convictions for gambling. Evidence seized at the scene includes 01 dice shaking set, 07 mobile phones, and 5,180,000 VND. Currently, Le Loi ward police are completing the case file and transferring it to the city police to handle the subjects according to the provisions of law.

It is known that the area around Vinh bus station is a very complicated area with social evils. Therefore, since the beginning of the year, Le Loi ward police have stepped up the fight against crime and social evils, arrested 8 gambling cases with 26 subjects, 5 drug cases with 5 subjects, and collected 5 subjects who are prostitutes and transferred them to the social labor education center.
