Electronic customs declaration 24 hours/day
Electronic customs declarants can make electronic customs declarations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and receive feedback from the Customs authority directly via the Electronic Customs Data Processing System.

The Government has just issuedDecreedetailing a number of articles of the Customs Law on electronic customs procedures for commercial import and export goods.
Accordingly, electronic customs declarants are given priority over paper customs dossier registration when the Customs authority determines that it is necessary to check the customs dossier in detail or physically inspect the goods.
Electronic customs declarants can make electronic customs declarations 24 hours a day, 7 days a week and receive feedback from the Customs authority directly via the Electronic Customs Data Processing System.
In case of customs declaration during the break time as prescribed by law, but subject to submission and presentation of documents in the customs dossier for the Customs authority to check as a basis for carrying out the next procedures, the result will be responded to no later than 4 hours from the start of the next working day.
In addition, electronic customs declarants are allowed to use printed documents from the Electronic Customs Declaration System (with the stamp and signature of the electronic customs declarant) for shipments that have been accepted for customs clearance by the Customs authority on the Electronic Customs Data Processing System as documents for transporting goods on the road.
In addition, electronic customs declarants can choose to pay customs fees and other fees collected by the Customs authority on behalf of associations and organizations (if any) for each customs declaration or pay monthly.
Electronic customs declarants must use digital signatures.
Electronic customs declarants are obliged to keep electronic documents in customs dossiers (including copies) according to the provisions of the Law on Electronic Transactions and relevant legal documents; provide electronic documents related to exported and imported goods to the Customs authority to serve the inspection and examination work according to their authority.
When performing electronic customs procedures, electronic customs declarants must use digital signatures registered with the Customs authority.
During the period when there is no digital signature, the account to access the Customs Electronic Data Processing System can be used to carry out electronic customs procedures. The customs declarant is responsible for keeping the account confidential for use when transacting with the Customs authority through the Customs Electronic Data Processing System and is responsible for electronic transactions according to the provisions of law.
Also according to the Decree, electronic customs dossiers include 2 components:
1- Electronic customs declaration
2- Other documents in the electronic customs dossier are the documents specified in Clause 1, Article 22 of the Customs Law that the customs declarant must submit or present to the Customs authority. These documents may be in the form of paper documents, electronic documents, documents converted from paper documents to electronic form or vice versa. Other documents in the customs dossier in electronic form or converted form are as valid for carrying out electronic customs procedures as the same documents in paper form unless otherwise provided by law.
Electronic customs records stored in the Electronic Customs Data Processing System have legal value for customs procedures and dispute settlement.
