Vienna Chamber Orchestra performs in Vietnam

The Vienna Philharmonic, one of the world's best orchestras, will perform in the Toyota Classics 2012 program at the Hanoi Opera House on the evening of November 4.

Launched in 1997, “Toyota Classics” has gradually become a familiar and annually awaited musical destination for classical music lovers. This year, Toyota Classics is honored to welcome the Vienna Chamber Orchestra, one of the most famous orchestras in the world with a history of 170 years.

“Toyota Classical Music Night” 2012 will bring to Vietnamese classical music lovers world-famous works of romantic music under the direction of Japanese conductor Joji Hattori and the wonderful playing of talented Japanese guitarist Soichi Muraji.

In particular, this year's program welcomes the return of a Vietnamese violin talent. Artist Le Hoai Nam is currently working with the Hong Kong Sinfonietta Orchestra and is also a lecturer at the Hong Kong Academy for Performing Arts. He will return to participate in the only concert on the evening of November 4 in Hanoi.

Toyota Classics 2012 promises to bring the capital's public a sumptuous classical music feast with a unique Viennese style.
