Dien Bien: Passenger bus overturned, more than 20 people escaped death

According to initial information, the high-quality sleeper bus with license plate 27B-000.05 (driver's identity unknown) was traveling from Hai Phong - Hanoi - Dien Bien when it suddenly went off the slope and plunged into a stream. More than 20 passengers on the bus were lucky to escape death in this traffic accident.
