Yen Thanh District People's Court tried drug possession and robbery cases

According to the indictment, at about 9:15 p.m. on August 19, 2012, at room 304 - Ngoc Phu motel - Block 2, Yen Thanh town, Yen Thanh district police discovered Duong Anh Dung Hao was smuggling 2 packages of heroin weighing 0.15 grams through the window of the room and were caught red-handed. Yen Thanh district People's Court sentenced defendant Duong Anh Dung Hao to 24 months in prison.

On the same day, the Court sentenced Le Van Hanh, from Dien Nguyen-Dien Chau, to 30 months in prison for possessing and trafficking 0.35 grams of heroin. He was caught on the way to sell it in Hop Thanh commune - Yen Thanh. The Court sentenced him to 30 months in prison.

Also on October 24, the People's Court of Yen Thanh district tried a robbery case. According to the indictment, at 10:30 p.m. on February 14, 2012, in Cau Danh hamlet, Khanh Thanh commune, Yen Thanh district, Phan Viet Thanh, residing in Cong Thanh commune, and his accomplices Nguyen Van Huong (Khanh Thanh commune), Nguyen Xuan Vinh, Nguyen Van Duc, Nguyen Trong Cong (Cong Thanh commune), Vo Cong Bang and Tran Ba ​​Anh (Vinh Thanh commune) used force to beat and appropriate property from Pham Van Thu, residing in Van Phuc ward - Ninh Binh city, 2.3 million VND and a NOKIA mobile phone.

Yen Thanh District People's Court sentenced defendant Phan Viet Thanh to 36 months in prison, Vo Cong Bang to 84 months in prison, and the remaining 5 defendants all received sentences of 30 months in prison.
