Building a decree on penalties in the land sector
Considering the proposal of the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment, the Prime Minister has just agreed to allow the Ministry to develop a Decree detailing the implementation of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations in the Land Sector and submit the draft Decree to the Government in September 2013.
The Prime Minister requested the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment to organize the development and submit to the Government the remaining decrees in the list of Decrees detailing the implementation of the Law on Handling of Administrative Violations issued together with Decision No. 1473/QD-TTg dated October 5, 2012 of the Prime Minister in accordance with regulations.
If necessary, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment shall report to the Prime Minister on the submission deadline to ensure the quality and effectiveness of the content of the Decree and in accordance with the effective time of the Law on Administrative Violations.
According to Decision No. 1473/QD-TTg, in 2013, the Ministry of Natural Resources and Environment must submit three draft decrees, including a Decree regulating administrative sanctions for violations in the field of resource management and protection (including land, water resources, and minerals); a Decree on administrative sanctions for violations in the field of environmental protection; and a Decree on administrative sanctions for violations in the field of hydrometeorology and cartography (including hydrometeorology; cartography).
