This meeting is an opportunity to honor outstanding intellectuals and artists who have worked and are working in the Vietnam People's Army across the country and have made many contributions to the cause of building and defending the Fatherland. At the same time, it contributes to encouraging, motivating and adding strength to the provincial military to successfully complete their tasks.

Colonel Nguyen Sy Hoi, member of the Provincial Party Committee and Commander of the Provincial Military Command, talked to the working delegation about the tasks and position of Regiment 764.

At the meeting, intellectuals and artists contributed many profound and friendly opinions; provided more information on issues of military science and technology development as well as issues related to the current requirements and tasks of building and developing the Vietnam People's Army, and at the same time hoped that Nghe An Armed Forces would continue to unite and make efforts to promote the revolutionary tradition in the heroic Soviet homeland - worthy of being "Uncle Ho's soldiers" in the beloved homeland of Uncle Ho.

Previously, the delegation visited and met with officers and soldiers of Regiment 764. As a permanent mobile unit of the Provincial Military Command, the Regiment always performs well its mobile and combat readiness tasks, and also performs well its search and rescue, fire prevention and fighting tasks; and mobilizes to help people overcome the consequences of natural disasters and stabilize their lives./.
