Property theft

(Baonghean.vn) -On January 19th, the Thanh Chuong District Police arrested Dinh Sy Truong (born in 1993, residing in Yen Quang hamlet, Thanh Khai commune, Thanh Chuong district) for investigation into the crime of fraud and appropriation of property.

Previously, on the afternoon of January 17, 2013, at the home of Ms. Le Thi Tham (born in 1958, residing in Hamlet 4, Thanh Duong Commune, Thanh Chuong District), Truong and Nguyen Duy Duc (born in 1996, also residing in Yen Quang Hamlet) defrauded Ms. Tham of a cow worth approximately 25 million VND. After stealing it, Truong and Duc took it to Nam Nghia Commune, Nam Dan District, and sold it for 13 million VND.
