(Baonghean.vn) - At 5:30 PM on February 12th, a group of young men, armed with weapons such as knives and swords, stormed the house of Ms. Le Thi Mai Trang, residing at house B2, Quang Trung ward, Vinh City, vandalizing and damaging 8 window panes, causing total damage of approximately 3 million VND. The incident is currently under investigation by the Vinh City Police.
