(Baonghean.vn) - At 5:30 p.m. on February 12, a group of young men used weapons, knives and swords to come to the house of Ms. Le Thi Mai Trang, residing at B2, Quang Trung Ward, Vinh City, and smashed and damaged 8 window panes, causing a total loss of about 3 million VND. Currently, the Vinh City Police are investigating the incident.
