(Baonghean.vn) - At 9:30 PM on January 10th, during a patrol in the Cua Nam fish pond area, the Cua Nam Ward Police promptly apprehended Pham Van Hoi (born in 1995, residing in Hamlet 5, Nghi Trung Commune, Nghi Loc District) for the illegal buying and selling of fireworks, seizing one 2kg firework mortar of Chinese origin.
