(Baonghean.vn) - On February 24th, the Nhon Mai Border Guard Post (Nghe An Border Guard Command) reported that a theft of a citizen's property occurred in Na Hy village, Nhon Mai commune. The suspect, Cat Van Khang (born in 1985), stole one gold ring from Mr. Luong Tuyen Lach (also residing at the same address).
