(Baonghean.vn) - At 7:15 PM on January 21st, due to a personal conflict, Ngo Dai Dong (born in 1993) and Nguyen Dinh Cong (born in 1990), both residing in Hamlet 3, Hung Chinh Commune, Vinh City, used knives to attack Bui Viet Ai (born in 1977, also residing in Hung Chinh Commune), causing injuries to Ai's head, hand, and shoulder, requiring him to be hospitalized in Vinh City.
