VIC invests more than 3,000 billion VND in Nha Trang tourism

The Board of Directors of Vingroup Corporation - Joint Stock Company (VIC - HOSE) has just approved the decision to allow Vinpearl One Member Limited Liability Company (Vinpearl Company) - a subsidiary of VIC to contribute capital to establish three subsidiaries to invest in a new tourist area in Nha Trang, Khanh Hoa province.

Specifically, Vinpearl Company established Cam Ranh Investment Limited Liability Company with a charter capital of 1,623 billion VND (Vinpearl Company contributed 90%, equivalent to 1,460.7 billion VND).

The second company is Hon Tre Investment and Development Limited Liability Company with charter capital of VND 1,916 billion (Vinpearl contributes 90%, or VND 1,724.4 billion).

The third company with a charter capital of 120 billion VND is Vinpearl Bai Dai Limited Liability Company (Vinpearl holds 90%, equivalent to 108 billion VND).

Thus, the total investment capital in three subsidiaries is more than 3,290 billion VND./.
