(baonghean.vn)- At 11:30 p.m. on February 8, in Dien Hong Commune, Dien Chau District, Dien Chau District Police discovered and caught Nguyen Thi Dung (born in 1996, residing in Dien Ky Commune, Dien Chau District) red-handed transporting 1.2 kg of firecrackers. Currently, Dien Chau District Police have filed a case to handle the subject according to the law.
