Youth of Military Region 4: Many activities during "Youth Month"

(Baonghean.vn) -Responding to "Youth Month 2013", the Youth Union of agencies and units of Military Region 4 organized exciting, widespread, in-depth activities with practical results.

Notably, the movement "Youth learn and follow Uncle Ho's teachings" is associated with the movement "Youth join hands to build new countryside" with specific works and tasks, coordinating with sister units to well organize art performances, traditional campfires, beautiful couple dance competitions, propaganda competitions on Road Traffic Law and military discipline, cooking and flower arrangement competitions... Youth of agencies and units have repaired, upgraded, and renewed 13km of concrete roads, cast 215 sets of tables and chairs, 450 flower pots, ornamental plants; repaired and renewed more than 3,000 models and training tools.

Youth of Division 324 mobilized to improve training quality and combat readiness.



Youth of Brigade 414 and its sister units participate in building new rural areas in Van Dien commune, Nam Dan district (Nghe An).

Responding to and participating in the Nguyen Viet Xuan Award organized by the Military Region, there were 71 awarded profiles; including 4 A prizes, 5 B prizes, 20 C prizes and 10 KK prizes. Supplementing and completing 4 quality profiles, winning the award to participate in the "Creative Youth" award of the Army in 2013. The "100 Dong House" program among the youth of the Military Region deployed 2 houses. Training and introduction for consideration of admission to the Party on the occasion of March 26 were conducted for 45 outstanding members. The Youth Committee of the Military Region presented 15 gifts, totaling 10 million VND, to policy families, disadvantaged families, and poor students who overcame difficulties to excel in their studies in the two provinces of Nghe An and Thanh Hoa.

Youth of Brigade 283 participate in voluntary blood donation.

On this occasion, the staff and Youth Union members of Hospital 4, Logistics Department actively responded and participated in the "Blood Bank" with 55 comrades registering; organized medical examination, treatment and provided free medicine for more than 400 people in Huoi Tu commune, Ky Son (Nghe An), with a total amount of nearly 73 million VND.
