(Baonghean.vn) - At 5:00 p.m. on March 22, Nam Can International Border Guard Station (Nghe An Border Guard) discovered Ho Ba Thai (born in 1977, residing in Tham Poong village, Noong Het district, Xieng Khouang province, Laos) illegally crossing the border.

The unit did not allow the above subject to enter Vietnam.
