(Baonghean.vn) - At 3:30 p.m. on March 26, Mr. Nguyen Van Dung (born in 1982, residing in Doi Cung ward, Vinh city) parked his SIRIUS motorbike (license plate: 37B1-14047, worth about 11 million VND) at Mr. Dao Khac Hoa's house (residing in Le Loi ward, Vinh city) and was stolen.
