(Baonghean.vn) -This is not the first time a garbage truck has dumped trash, causing serious pollution on National Highway 48B, specifically the section passing through Cau Giat town and the communes of Quynh My and Ngoc Son. Previously, this truck has repeatedly dumped garbage along the route, causing public outrage, but it has not been apprehended.

At 5:40 PM on April 21st, a truck with license plate 37S 8310, carrying hundreds of oversized garbage bags loosely secured, sped along the Cau Giat - Ngoc Son route when suddenly the rear of the truck bed burst open, spilling dozens of foul-smelling garbage bags onto a 500-meter stretch of road in Quynh My commune, between kilometer 13 + 700 and kilometer 14 + 200. Outraged, residents called the Quynh Luu district police, who arrived and pursued the truck.

Trash was scattered all over the road as the truck with license plate 37S - 8310 passed by.

We request that the authorities in Quynh Luu district take action against the truck that violated regulations.
