(Baonghean.vn) -Between April 14th and 17th, border guard posts along the land border, in coordination with relevant forces in their areas of operation, conducted patrols and discovered 5,659 cubic meters of unclaimed timber.

Specifically: Thanh Thuy Border Guard Station (Thanh Chuong), in coordination with the 5th Youth Volunteer Brigade, discovered 1 cubic meter of ownerless Táu wood during a patrol. Na Ngoi Border Guard Station (Ky Son) conducted a patrol and discovered 4.659 cubic meters of ownerless Sa Mu wood along the border patrol route.

The units have drawn up a handover report for the timber to the relevant authorities for handling according to their jurisdiction.
