(Baonghean.vn) -At 4:30 PM on April 11th, in Nghia Lam commune, Nghia Dan district police caught Nguyen Trong Long (born 1977, residing in Binh Chuan commune, Con Cuong district) red-handed for illegally possessing narcotics, seizing 29.5 grams of heroin, one mobile phone, and one motorbike. Currently,The case is under extensive investigation.
