Vinh City Police conduct training on team regulations for commune police and civil defense

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of March 10, Vinh City Police organized a training course on public security regulations for commune police and civil defense forces.

During the 2 days, the trainees learned the content of Circular 18 of the Ministry of Public Security and practiced the team regulations and basic movements of CAND martial arts to educate and train the communal police force and civil defense force to correctly and consistently practice the unarmed team regulations and use support tools according to regulations; train in military, martial arts, discipline, awareness of obeying orders, build a semi-professional armed force that is gradually standardized and strong, and excellently completes its tasks.
