It is known that at that time, the refrigerated truck with license plate 37C 06253 was traveling at km 5 in the direction of Quynh Nghia - Cau Giat (in Quynh Nghia commune) when it plunged into the canal. "I was driving at a speed of 40km/h when I suddenly saw the truck plunge into the canal. I was so scared that I closed my eyes. When I opened them, I saw myself lying in the canal," said the driver (identity unknown). Luckily, the driver only suffered minor injuries.
