Training course on professional skills and law, first session of 2013.

(Baonghean.vn) -On May 24, 2013, the Nghe An Provincial Police Department held the opening ceremony for the first training course in professional skills, law, military, and martial arts for the Nghe An Provincial Police's Security and Mobile Police Force in 2013. Colonel Lu Van Tuong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police Department, attended and directed the ceremony.



This training course involves 100 police officers and will last for six months. The trainees will receive instruction from lecturers from various departments of the Provincial Police on fundamental knowledge related to the work of the Police Protection and Mobile Force, armed patrol and guarding measures, armed protection of special cargo transport, regulations and tactics for patrol and control work; basic contents of the Criminal Code, the Law on Handling Administrative Violations, basic investigation work, information gathering, initial information processing, and crime scene protection... This is a very important opportunity for participating police officers to study, learn, and practice to improve their awareness, professional skills, legal knowledge, martial arts, and military skills to better meet the requirements and tasks assigned to them.

At the conference, Colonel Lu Van Tuong, Deputy Director of the Provincial Police, requested that all officers participating in the training course make full use of class time, take thorough notes on the basic content, and independently study additional materials prepared by the training staff to master the lectures, practice technical and tactical movements, martial arts, and proficiently use tools, equipment, and weapons; uphold a high sense of organizational discipline, strictly comply with regulations on training work and field discipline to ensure safety of personnel, equipment, and weapons.

At the end of the training course, the coaching staff will organize an examination.
