Two fishing vessels were apprehended for using electric shock devices to harvest marine resources.

(Baonghean.vn) - At 11:40 PM on June 11th, a fisheries patrol vessel from the Fisheries Exploitation and Protection Sub-Department inspected the waters off Quynh Luu district and discovered two vessels using electric shock devices to harvest seafood.

The patrol team on board the vessel made the arrest, drew up a violation report, and handed the case over to Border Guard Station 148 in Quynh Thuan commune, Quynh Luu district for processing.

The vehicles that violated the regulations bore license plates: NA TS 5383, owned by Bui Van Duong, and NA TS 5368, owned by Nguyen Van Cuong, both residing in Son Hai, Quynh Luu.
