The specific content of Report No. 69 is as follows: Nghe An Newspaper No. 9412, published on May 7, 2013, has an article reflecting"Warehouse" of wood of unknown origin in the middle of Kim Son town, Que Phong district. The article stated that in the garden of Mr. Ho Xuan Dung, also known as Mr. Nam Hong, block 7, Kim Son town, Que Phong district, a large quantity of forest products of unknown origin was stored. In order to promptly inspect and verify the matter, on May 8, 2013, the Head of Que Phong Forest Protection Department signed Decision No. 68/QD-KL to establish a working group, assigning tasks to the Deputy Head of the Department as the head of the group, and coordinating with the officials of the town People's Committee and the Management Board of block 7 to inspect Mr. Dung's house area as reported in the article.

The results of the investigation discovered that in Mr. Dung's garden area, there were specific forest products stored:

- Point 2: Next to the kitchen wall there are 11 sawn timber panels with a volume of 0.901m3 (group 5 medium timber).

At the time of inspection, the wood had no Forestry hammer marks, no serial number written on the logs and wooden panels.

Grasping information from people in the surrounding area, the group determined that before the time of the inspection, there had been a dispersal of wood. "People said that two tire ox carts had come to transport the wood..." - Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thinh said.

How will Que Phong Forest Protection Department handle this issue? According to Mr. Hoang Ngoc Thinh: Que Phong Forest Protection Department will organize inspections of wood production facilities in the area as soon as possible.
