Court judge caught doing drugs at hotel

Tuoi Tre News reported that the Investigation Police Agency of My Tho City Police (Tien Giang Province) has just caught Mr. Pham Hoai Nam (40 years old, judge of My Tho City People's Court) and Tran Ngoc Dieu (22 years old, both living in Tien Giang Province) using "crystal" drugs at a hotel.

At around 2:00 a.m. on June 8, the police conducted an administrative inspection at room 303 of Trung Luong 2 Hotel (My Tho City) and discovered Mr. Nam and his girlfriend in the room.

During the inspection, the police seized a plastic bag containing white crystals (suspected to be methamphetamine) and many drug paraphernalia. Urine tests showed that both tested positive for methamphetamine.

At the investigation agency, both admitted to using drugs for many months at the above hotel. Currently, the police agency has sent a notice to the leaders of the People's Court of My Tho City.
