Construction begins on the first 5-star hotel project in Sa Pa.

On the morning of May 30th, the first international 5-star standard hotel project in...SaPaConstruction has officially commenced. The project, undertaken by Vietnam Construction and Trading Investment Corporation CTX Holdings, is expected to be completed in the first quarter of 2015.

The Indochina Hotel project is located on a 7,252m2 plot of land at Group 7A, Muong Hoa Street, Sa Pa town, Lao Cai province, 0.9km east of Sa Pa town center.

According to the design, the Indochina Hotel project includes 156 rooms with full amenities for conferences, seminars, bars, gyms, spas, indoor swimming pools, etc., meeting 5-star standards. In the future, it will become a highlight in the system of high-end hotels, meeting the accommodation needs of international and domestic tourists in Sa Pa in particular and Lao Cai in general.

According to the investor's representative, Indochina Hotel, in addition to being the largest hotel in Lao Cai, is also a unique architectural work that mimics the smooth terraced rice fields, which have long been a characteristic image of Sa Pa in particular and the Northwest region in general.

This architectural design draws inspiration from the rock formations on the mountainside and the terraced rice fields, a distinctive cultural feature of Sa Pa. The architectural solution is a low-rise building with a durable, modern structure, following the sloping terrain of the mountainside to create harmony within the picturesque landscape of Sa Pa.
