Art exchange "Linking arms of the sea 2013"

(Baonghean.vn) -On the evening of June 15, at Binh Minh Square, Cua Lo Town, an art exchange program with the theme "Linking arms with the sea for the 9th time in 2013" took place. This is an art exchange program aiming to celebrate the 20th anniversary of the establishment of Cua Lo coastal town, the 88th anniversary of Vietnam Revolutionary Press Day (June 21, 1925 - June 21, 2013).

Attending the program were comrades: Nguyen The Ky - Deputy Head of the Central Propaganda Department; To Hong Hai - Member of the Standing Committee, Head of the Provincial Party Committee's Propaganda Department; Dinh Thi Le Thanh - Member of the Standing Committee, Vice Chairman of the Provincial People's Committee, leaders of provincial departments and agencies, Cua Lo town, leaders and reporters of Lao National Television and 11 provincial radio and television stations, along with a large number of people of Cua Lo town and tourists from all over.

After 8 years of organization, the art exchange program "Linking hands of the sea" has left deep impressions on the people of Cua Lo coastal town in particular and tourists to Nghe An in general. This year, the exchange program has the participation of nearly 150 actors, officers, reporters, technicians from 12 units including: Vietnam Television, Lao National Television, Ho Chi Minh City Television and 9 provincial radio and television stations across the country... This is an opportunity for Cua Lo to promote the image of tourism to friends near and far, at the same time expressing the deep affection of those working in visual and spoken journalism across the country for their homeland Nghe An.

During the exchange night, the editors, reporters and artists brought songs, dances and voices with folk melodies and unique cultural features of regions across the country. From the Then singing and Tinh lute melodies of the Northwest to the elegance of Thang Long Ca Tru, the folk melodies of Nghe An are both sweet, profound and imbued with affection or the vastness in the folk songs of the river regions of the Central and Southern regions...

Included in the 9th “Linking arms with the sea” exchange program are other activities such as: Offering incense at Ho Chi Minh Square and Kim Lien - Nam Dan relic site; organizing the production of news, articles, reports, video clips... about the life, people, landscapes of Nghe An, Cua Lo... to broadcast on TV stations.
