Collection level and rate of road use fee deduction for motorbikes in Nghe An province

Article 1. Scope of regulation and applicable subjects

1, Scope of adjustment:

This Resolution stipulates the collection rate and deduction rate of road use fees for motorbikes (including two-wheeled motorbikes, three-wheeled motorbikes, and scooters) in the province.

2. Applicable subjects:

a) Organizations and individuals who own, use or manage motorbikes in the province are subject to fee payment;

b) Organizations and individuals collecting fees.

Article 3. Contribution rate

1. The People's Committees of wards and towns are allowed to retain 8% of the total collected fees to cover collection costs according to regulations.

2. The People's Committees of communes are allowed to retain 15% of the total collected fees to cover collection costs according to regulations.

3. The People's Committees of communes, wards and towns are responsible for depositing the remaining collected fees (92% for wards and towns; 85% for communes) into the account of the Nghe An Provincial Road Maintenance Fund opened at the State Treasury. The management and use of road usage fees are carried out in accordance with current regulations.

Article 4. Implementation

Assign the Provincial People's Committee to implement this Resolution.

Article 5. Entry into force

This Resolution was passed by the 16th Provincial People's Council, 9th session on July 17, 2013 and takes effect 10 days after the date of passage.
