Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station arrests a case of storing explosives

(Baonghean.vn) -On July 12, at Lach Con estuary, Quynh Thuan Border Post discovered and temporarily detained a vehicle with registration number NA 93643 TS owned by Ho Ba Thuc, residing in Quyet Tien hamlet, Quynh Lap commune - Hoang Mai town, for storing explosives.

The seized evidence included 0.8 kg of explosives, 4 detonators and 25 cm of slow-burning fuse. Based on the level of violation, Quynh Thuan Border Guard Station issued a decision to administratively fine the vehicle owner 9.5 million VND to the budget and confiscate the violated evidence.
