Truck overturned, twenty tons of cement soaked in water

The above rare accident occurred at 6:00 a.m. on June 29 on National Highway 48B at km 14+300, Quynh My commune, Quynh Luu district.

At the above time, the truck with license plate 37C 07473 was traveling in the direction of Cau Giat - Thai Hoa when it avoided another truck going in the opposite direction at the above location. Due to the narrow road, the lane was not enough for two vehicles to occupy, forcing the cement truck to "give way" and overturned into the ditch, causing more than 20 tons of cement to be submerged in water. Luckily, the driver (identity unknown) only suffered minor injuries and jumped out to call for help.

Receiving the distress signal, local people urgently called traffic rescue to come to the rescue.
