On the afternoon of July 13, the health of fisherman Nguyen Van Quy, who is being treated at the Truong Sa Lon Island Infirmary in Truong Sa Island District, Khanh Hoa Province, has recovered. Previously, this fisherman received an online consultation from the Professional Council of Hospital 175 - Ministry of National Defense to guide his treatment.

Fisherman Nguyen Van Quy, from Binh Chanh commune, Binh Son district, Quang Ngai province, while fishing in the Truong Sa sea area, Khanh Hoa province, suffered from severe abdominal pain and was taken to the emergency room at Truong Sa Lon Island Infirmary.

Immediately afterwards, from Ho Chi Minh City, Hospital 175, Ministry of National Defense, through the online medical consultation system, consulted with fisherman Nguyen Van Quy.

After reviewing the images via camera, ultrasound and X-ray images sent from Truong Sa Lon Island, the Expert Council determined that the patient had acute gastritis and cholecystitis. The patient was prescribed conservative medical treatment. Up to now, the patient's health is stable and gradually recovering.

It is known that through the online medical consultation system, Hospital 175 has repeatedly guided doctors in Truong Sa island district, Khanh Hoa province to perform surgeries, improve the quality of treatment, and help fishermen in Truong Sa island district feel secure in staying at sea and fishing far from shore./.
