InOver the past 10 years, the central ministries, branches, Military Regions, Hanoi Capital Command, and localities have thoroughly grasped the Resolution of the 8th Central Committee (9th tenure) on the strategy to protect the homeland in the new situation, the basic viewpoints on the Party's political and military guidelines, Ho Chi Minh's thought, the viewpoints on national defense and people's security on innovation and improving the quality of the grassroots political system of communes, wards, and towns. To date, 62/63 provinces and cities have developed and completed the Training Project from intermediate level of basic military profession to college and university level of basic military profession.
