Arrested the subject who stole 20 kg of black chicken

(Baonghean.vn) -At around 5am on July 22, while on patrol, the Kim Son Town police task force discovered a suspicious subject carrying two sacks, inside of which chickens were making sounds. The task force requested to check the origin of the chickens inside. Suspecting that they were stolen goods, the police took the subject, a young man, to the town People's Committee headquarters for questioning.

Here, the subject declared his name as Vi Van Quan, born in 1978, residing in Co Len village, Chau Kim commune, at around 3am on July 22, he sneaked into a family's garden to steal chickens, put them in 2 sacks and escaped. Near dawn, the subject was on his way to sell the chickens when he was discovered and arrested by a patrol team of Kim Son Town Police.

The seized evidence is 10 black chickens, about 20kg, currently being verified by the Town Police to return to the owner. Vi Van Quan was handed over to Chau Kim Commune Police to be sent to a drug rehabilitation center.
