Arresting dog thieves

(Baonghean.vn) - At 1:30 p.m. on September 15, the Tang Thanh Commune Police Department (Yen Thanh) organized an armed patrol and discovered two young men riding a motorbike stealing dogs, so they chased them and, in coordination with the Xuan Thanh Commune Police, captured one subject, Phan Viet Dinh (born in 1991, in Xuan Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh) with evidence of one motorbike, one dog hook, and three dogs.

Currently, Yen Thanh District Police are continuing to search for the remaining suspect, Nguyen Viet Hanh, residing in Xuan Thanh Commune, Yen Thanh, who is currently on the run.
