Vinh University achieved excellent results in the Pedagogical Competition

(Baonghean.vn) -The 5th National Pedagogical - Arts - Sports Competition of Pedagogical Colleges - 2013 was held at Hanoi Pedagogical University, with the participation of more than 2,000 cadres, coaches, and students from 29 universities and colleges of education nationwide. The competition has 3 traditional contents: pedagogical, arts, and sports.

Since 1997, every four years, the Ministry of Education and Training has coordinated with universities and colleges to organize a pedagogical competition, with the participation of universities and colleges of education nationwide. The competition has become a prestigious and quality cultural, educational and sports movement, receiving special attention from the public and the teaching profession, contributing positively to the development of the country's education.

In addition, this is also a useful playground, improving pedagogical practice skills, promoting activities, culture, arts, sports, enhancing understanding, exchanging, learning from each other's experiences, aiming to improve the quality of comprehensive education in teacher training schools. This year's Pedagogical Profession Competition has added the content of designing educational activities.

Participating in this contest, Vinh University delegation had 80 staff and students. After 8 days of fierce competition, with high determination, Vinh University achieved excellent results, ranked as one of the 10 units with the highest results.

Specifically, in pedagogy, they won 1 Gold medal, 4 Silver medals, 1 Bronze medal, ranked 3rd overall; in arts: won 2 Gold medals, 3 Silver medals, ranked 2nd overall; in sports: won 2 Gold medals, 1 Silver medal, 3 Bronze medals, ranked 3rd overall. Combining all 3 competition contents, Vinh University delegation was ranked excellent and was awarded the flag of the Ministry of Education and Training.
