In December 2013, the Provincial People's Council successfully held its 10th session of the 16th term. After the session, the Provincial People's Council promptly completed and promptly issued the Resolutions that were passed at the session. The delegates also discussed that in order to improve the quality of the Provincial People's Council sessions, the Provincial People's Committee and the specialized departments of the Provincial People's Committee should coordinate more closely with the Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Council Committees in preparing submissions and draft resolutions to be submitted at the session; participating in the examinations of the Standing Committee and the Provincial People's Council Committees; in receiving and explaining the issues discussed at the examinations; responsibility in answering questions.... On the part of the Provincial People's Council delegates, they also need to demonstrate greater responsibility and courage in performing the duties of elected representatives.
