Opening Ceremony of the 16th Executive Committee Meeting of the VFF, 6th Term

On the morning of January 5th, the 16th meeting of the VFF Executive Committee, term VI, opened at the VFF headquarters. The meeting decided on many important issues ahead of the 2013 VFF Annual Congress.

Attending the 16th meeting of the VFF Executive Committee, term VI, were former VFF President Nguyen Trong Hy, Acting VFF President Le Hung Dung, VFF Vice Presidents Pham Van Tuan, Nguyen Lan Trung, Pham Ngoc Vien, VFF Standing Committee Member Nguyen Nam Hung, VFF General Secretary Ngo Le Bang, and other Executive Committee members.

Following the opening speech by Acting President of the VFF, Le Hung Dung, the 16th Conference approved the draft agenda for the 2013 VFF Annual Congress. In addition, the Conference approved the proposed list of candidates for the Presidium to be presented at the 2013 Annual Congress. Simultaneously, the Executive Committee Conference approved the financial plan for 2014.

On the other hand, the Conference decided to invest inVietnam Women's National TeamThe Vietnam U19 team is expected to perform successfully in upcoming tournaments. Another important item on the agenda was the discussion on reducing the number of foreign players in V-League and First Division clubs.

Immediately after the conclusion of the 16th meeting of the VFF Executive Committee, term VI, the 2013 VFF Annual Congress took place at the VFF headquarters at 10:00 AM this morning, January 5th.
