According to Traditional Chinese Medicine, there are two types of colds: wind-cold colds and wind-heat colds. Wind-cold colds, also known as common colds, are a common external illness that affects many people in all four seasons, but the incidence is higher in winter and spring, especially among the elderly and children. Wind-heat colds are more severe colds with internal heat, caused by exposure to unseasonal weather and spreading in epidemics. The following are some methods of prevention and treatment.
