Earlier, during a traffic patrol, the traffic police team of Quynh Luu district discovered a violation by the driver of a motorbike with license plate 37L1 82123. After being issued a citation, the suspect, Ho Si Kien (born in 1991, residing in Hamlet 3, Quynh Hong commune, Quynh Luu district), confessed to buying the motorbike from an unknown person with the fake license plate as mentioned. The district police are currently investigating to clarify the identity of the seller of the motorbike.
