Over 1,500 teachers in difficult circumstances received Tet gifts from the union

(Baonghean.vn) - According to incomplete statistics, there are currently over 1,500 preschool and primary school teachers in Nghe An with difficult circumstances who will receive Tet gifts from trade unions at all levels, ranging from 300,000 VND/person to 500,000 VND/person.

According to Ms. Le Thi Huong Sen, Vice President of Nghe An Education Trade Union: Nghe An Provincial Labor Federation has decided to support Tet gifts for 2 teachers in difficult circumstances, 500,000 VND each and 28 other teachers in difficult circumstances, 300,000 VND each. Using the Charity Fund, 21 district-level education trade unions, each union has decided to support Tet gifts for about 60 teachers in difficult circumstances, 300,000 VND each.

Mr. Le Truong Son, Chairman of Vinh City Education Trade Union, said: In Vinh, in addition to the gifts from the higher-level trade union and the grassroots trade union, this Tet, Vinh Education Trade Union decided to support 60 teachers in difficult circumstances, each with 300,000 VND; in addition, it also supported 2 teachers in especially difficult circumstances, each with 6 million VND.

Ms. Dao Thi Nam, Chairwoman of the Tan Ky District Education Union, also said: The Tan Ky Education Union has decided to support Tet gifts for 67 teachers in difficult circumstances, each with 300,000 VND and give Tet gifts to 140 other teachers. In addition, the grassroots trade unions of schools in the district have also donated 80 million VND to support those in their units facing difficulties, helping them have more joy during the Giap Ngo New Year.
