The 324th Division commenced its training exercise in 2014.

(Baonghean.vn) -On the morning of February 28th, the 324th Division held its 2014 training commencement ceremony and launched a training emulation campaign linked to the high-intensity emulation movement "Following in the footsteps of the Dien Bien Phu soldiers - Striving to achieve 3 bests," lasting 60 days, from March 7th to May 7th, 2014, for the Division headquarters and all subordinate battalions within the division.

Officers and soldiers from 4 agencies and units attended the training commencement ceremony.

During this emulation campaign, the units will focus on successfully achieving several important goals and targets, such as:Regularly carrying out effective education and propaganda work on the patriotic traditions of the nation, revolutionary traditions, the glorious achievements of the heroic Vietnamese People's Army, and the unwavering determination to fight and win of the Dien Bien Phu soldiers; 100% of officers and soldiers possess firm and unwavering political resolve, correct awareness, ideology, motivation, and determination to compete with the highest sense of responsibility; always ready to accept and successfully complete all assigned tasks, creating a strong transformation in the quality of training and combat readiness from the very first days of training with the spirit of "going into battle means decisive victory".

The unit effectively implemented Resolution 765 of the Central Military Commission; Resolution 269 of the Military Region Party Committee; and Resolution 407 of the Division Party Committee on improving training quality in the period 2013-2020 and subsequent years; successfully implemented solutions to improve training quality, prioritizing training to enhance the command, control, and troop management skills of officers at all levels; continued to effectively implement the movement "The Army Logistics Sector follows the teachings of President Ho Chi Minh" and the campaign "Managing and exploiting weapons, technical equipment well, durably, safely, economically, and ensuring traffic safety". It ensured good logistical, technical, and financial support for training and combat readiness tasks as prescribed.

Simultaneously, improve the quality of establishing regular procedures and discipline; reduce the rate of common disciplinary violations in agencies and units to the lowest level, preventing serious disciplinary violations and safety incidents in training, work, and traffic; and develop many exemplary models in establishing regular procedures and adhering to discipline.

Colonel Trinh Van Hung, Political Commissar of the Division, certified the emulation agreement between the agencies and units at the training commencement ceremony.

The aerial display through the ring of fire was performed by officers and soldiers of the 20th Reconnaissance Company of the Division.

With the main objectives, targets, and measures outlined in the "Following in the Footsteps of the Dien Bien Phu Soldiers - Striving for Three Best Achievements" high-intensity emulation campaign, we are confident that the Party Committee, commanders, and all officers and soldiers of the Division's 4th Headquarters and Battalion 18 will unite, overcome all difficulties, and strive to successfully achieve the set goals and targets, contributing to building a clean and strong Party organization, a comprehensively strong agency and unit, and excellently fulfilling all assigned tasks.

The 2014 training commencement ceremony of the Division headquarters and its subordinate units concluded with a mass gymnastics performance by officers and soldiers from various units, and a martial arts demonstration by soldiers of the 20th Reconnaissance Company of the Division, further boosting the competitive spirit for the initial days of the campaign to achieve even greater success.
